remainingAmount — Shopify has already
apportioned spend across a customer's multiple credits, so nothing is estimated. The order link is
derived: debits carry their originating order, and they're mapped back to a grant by replaying the ledger in
Shopify's documented consumption order (soonest-expiring first). Rows are labelled
exact (debits hit this grant alone), apportioned (a debit spanned several grants — the order is
shown, only this grant's share is counted), unresolved (ledger didn't reconcile, so orders are
not claimed) or not-found. Revenue is counted once per order, never once per credit.
